Attention people who feel overwhelmed by life and circumstances!

Discover Simple Things You Can Do To Reduce Your Stress, Redeem The Time, And Reclaim Lost Territory

Unveil 12 Biblical Precepts That When You Apply Will Bring Divine Order To Your Home, Habits, and Heart

Are you stressed out at home or at work? Do you have too much to do and no time to do it? Do you feel overwhelmed by so much clutter and too many responsibilities? Do you need help to simplify your complicated life and increase your productivity? If so, there is hope.

For the past 33 years, I have been in the business of helping corporations, government agencies, non-profit organizations, small businesses, churches, and individuals become better organized.

While traveling across the United States and Europe and working with every conceivable kind of person, I have noticed a pattern, a consistent paradigm, or way of thinking, that permeates the minds and hearts of many people. One of the reasons most people struggle with disorganization is because of the way they think.

True, sometimes they struggle because of their lack of training, or they just don't take the time to organize. Mostly, though, it is how they think that gets them into trouble.

As an experienced coach and organizer, I know I can change your thinking to change your life. With my training and your change in your thinking, you are very likely to stay organized after I help you get there. The following is a true maxim:

When you think properly about getting organized, you will become organized. The only prerequisite to getting organized is the willingness to change. Once you are willing to change, the training, the motivation, and the time to do it will flow your way.

Because you are finally ready to create order in your home, habits, and heart, let me introduce you to my ...

A Time and Place for Everything Training Program

12 Biblical Precepts to Organize Your Home, Habits, and Heart

A man of understanding and knowledge maintains order. (Proverbs 28:2)

Creating Order out of ChaosThis 12-Lesson course is built around 12 biblical precepts that will revolutionize your life! Not only will these precepts help you better redeem your time, but reclaim lost territory - physical, emotional and spiritual.

These 12 organizational precepts operated in the lives of the men and women in Scripture and were given for our instruction, to offer direction for our thoughts and behaviors.

In many of the church seminars, workshops and talks I have offered over the past 30 years, I often hear comments much like this: "I can't believe that the Bible talks so much about being organized!"

When we begin looking at our lives and homes through the lens of creating order, and when we begin honoring and living out these 12 precepts, the Lord releases fresh power and freedom to follow Him and to walk in the purposes He has for our lives.

A Time and Place for Everything consists of three distinct Parts, with each of those consisting of four Lessons.

Part 1: Organizing Your Home

The substance (or posLessons) of a diligent man are precious to him. (Proverbs 12:27)

During these 4 lessons, we cover these topics:

Lesson 1: Prepare yourself and your home for transformation

Genesis 39:1-6

Joseph, the son of Jacob, learned that taking wise care of a household led to opening God's plan for his destiny. Preparing our home organizationally will free us to operate fully in our gifting and calling. The result is a transformed home and family.

When you put a prince in a prison, he turns the prison into a palace! He was a slave, then a servant, then an attendant, a manager, an executive manager, a COO and then Prime Minister of Egypt. He knew how to set up systems and as we follow his example, we will also learn how to set up systems in our home for the big challenges that come into our lives.

Lesson 2: Remove obstacles that hinder your achievement

Numbers 13:30, 14:6-9

Joshua and Caleb, two warrior leaders in Israel, faced tremendous obstacles in achieving God's plan for their lives. Don't let the giants in the land keep us from experiencing all of the good blessings God has promised us and our family. These giants will be identified and conquered.

The giants in your home are obstacles that impede you from organizing efficiently so that you can effectively get your work done. The physical giants in your home are the same as your spiritual giants in your heart. Identifying these giants, learning why they are there, what you are to do about them, and understanding the seven giants that the Israelites faced will help you in dealing with your physical giants in your home.

Lesson 3: Complete the whole by tackling the part

Joshua 2:1

Joshua, who followed Moses as the leader of the Israelites, conquered the Promised Land using this strategy; "by the yard it's hard, but by the inch it's a cinch". He broke a large commandment (go take the land) into bite-sized steps by dividing and conquering-taking one city at a time. This precept will allow us to accomplish each project faster, with time to spare.

Not only Joshua but Nehemiah and Joseph applied this precept to their lives and were able to accomplish their dreams. You will create one cool tool that you can immediately use to help you divide and conquer any problem in your home that you are facing.

Lesson 4: Be a good steward of what you own

Luke 16:10-12

Luke, in the New Testament book of Luke, in relating the teaching of Jesus, emphasized the importance of stewardship. God wants to increase our successes and our responsibilities. It's not about becoming perfect, but it's all about taking small steps that lead to big changes!

Stewardship is a Biblical term and most people think that it simply means tithing. But it is oh, so much more. What about stewarding your worldly wealth? Your true riches? What about stewarding your conflicts, your successes, other's successes? Stewardship is an exciting concept that when applied will affect your finances, ministry, career, family relationships and more.

Part 2: Organizing Your Habits

Do not conform any longer to the pattern (habits) of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. (Romans 12:2)

During these 4 lessons, we cover these topics:

Lesson 5: Guard diligently your priorities

John 5:19, Matthew 6:33

Jesus diligently guarded His number one priority: doing His Father's will. He received many requests, but He only did what He saw the Father do. However, we struggle with understanding what God wants. We must not respond to every need and request but to our God-assigned priorities. It may surprise us that our priorities are not: God, then family, then church, then work!

You will discover new paradigms of success when you hear what scripture says about priorities. Most people think that their priorities are God, then family, then church, then work, etc. This puts God at the first part of your day but leaves Him out of all the other parts of your day and relationships. Thinking in another innovative way regarding priorities puts God at the center of every aspect of your life.

Lesson 6: Reject distractions that will keep you from your destiny

2 Timothy 2:4

Paul, the Apostle, knew that we were not to get entangled or distracted from our top priorities of doing God's will. Distractions will keep us from our destiny. By focusing on our priorities, we will be increasingly fruitful in our ministry and work.

The Overload Syndrome: Most Americans live under activity overload, options overload, debt overload, decision overload, hurry overload, ministry overload, and posLessons overload. Getting free of your overloads (distractions that plague our day) is the essence of this precept.

Lesson 7: Do "right things" before doing "things right"

John 11:1-44

Jesus shows the perfect balance of a life well-lived - doing right things before doing things right. The Lord understands the complexities of our lives and he wants us to succeed in both the small tasks of daily life and the largest challenges we will face. It's not wrong to focus on doing things right but the best is to first focus on doing right things.

Before working on the solution, worship the Savior. Don't think just deliverance from the circumstances, think development in the circumstances.

Lesson 8: Protect what God has entrusted to you

The whole book of Nehemiah

Nehemiah is the most organized man in Scripture. Singlehandedly, he led the rebuilding of the wall that protected Jerusalem and God's temple. Rebuilding "the walls" of our home will protect the wonderful gifts God has given us, freeing up time to enjoy the things that matter most in your family and home.

The meaning of walls, physical and spiritual, will protect you and your family from the onslaught of our modern day culture. Scripture talks about our culture and how you are to respond. Proper boundaries will enhance your relationship with your neighbors and at the same time keep out the idols that plague our world.

Part 3: Organizing Your Heart

He that has no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down and without walls. (Proverbs 25:28)

During these 4 lessons, we cover these topics:

Lesson 9: Be content in your design and calling

Hebrews 13:5

The author of Hebrews says it succinctly - be content with what you have and with who you are. Contentment brings the heart into order, settles the soul and frees you from the power of "stuff." After you are free from your stuff, you will operate more fully in your design and calling.

Contentment is wanting what you have, not having to have what you want. What is the real culprit to contentment? Coveting. And scripture has a lot to say about this subject. Once you discover the truth about coveting and how it affects your contentment, you will be forever free to share your wealth and bring hospitality into your home.

Lesson 10: Embrace your seasons in life

The whole book of Esther

Esther, a young Jewish girl who saved her people from extinction, went from a young girl to being a queen and delivering her people from destruction. She embraced each season of her life with joy and acceptance. Jesus was a man of sorrows on Friday but on Sunday he became the risen Lord. A change of seasons is a change of a mandate (a command or authorization to act in a particular way). The key to accepting the change of seasons is to embrace the practical process of that change.

Understanding the concept of process is key to your development. Process is a series of steps that take you from one place to another. The space between where you were and where you are going is process or transition and many people see transition as a place of limbo.

Lesson 11: Redeem the time

Ecclesiastes 10:10

Solomon knew that working with a dull axe was inefficient and would slow the work of rebuilding the temple. Staying sharp by "sharpening our axe" will save time and money. There is a powerful formula for maintaining your daily life and your work and when applied, will increase your availability to God and his purposes.

Lesson 12: Know God's purpose for your life

Romans 8:28

Paul's purpose was to make every man perfect and mature in Christ. Esther's purpose was to save her countrymen. Joseph's purpose was to save his family. Finding your purpose requires that you know your capabilities, skills, personality and how you are wired. Discovering more about your purpose will increase your confidence, clarify your direction, and enable you to organize your life: your time, your family, your home, and your dreams, thus conquering the giant Busyness.

There is nothing that will excite you more or increase your energy like knowing God's purpose for your life. When you discover where you "fit" into the Body of Christ, your discouragement will vanish and your motivation will go ballistic!

Why This Training is So Valuable

Let me share briefly WHY we are doing what we are doing. We all have giants in our land. Right? We all have problems that we have to deal with on a daily basis. Those are basically the giants in our land.

One of the secrets about organizing is organizing provides a wall of order around your life. If you study in scripture the meaning of walls you will find something very, very interesting. Scripture correlates, "A man who lacks self-control, or order, to a city whose walls are broken down." Proverbs 25:28 says, "Like a city whose walls are broken down, is a man who lacks self-control, or order."

Well organizing your physical life is the equivalent to boundaries to your spiritual life, or walls. When you have a wall of order around your finances that means that your finances are in order. When you have a wall of order around your marriage, that means your marriage is in order.

Do you remember the story of Nehemiah and how he helped rebuild the walls around Jerusalem in 52 days. When I first started my business I thought, "Why did God spend a whole book on a man who built the wall?" That's all he did, was build the wall around Jerusalem. Well as I studied Nehemiah, I discovered why.

Once Nehemiah built the physical wall around Jerusalem, three things happened - The word was restored to the people, worship was restored, and work was restored. Those three things will be restored in your life when you establish a wall of order around every aspect of your life.

Now let me read you something. Nehemiah 1:3 says this, "Those who survive the exile and are back in the province are in great trouble and disgrace, they are in great trouble and disgrace." Why? Because the wall of Jerusalem is broken down, so you will experience great trouble in your life, in any area where the walls of order are broken down.

Psalm 144:11-14 basically says, "Once the wall of order is reestablished there will be no breaching of walls, no going into captivity." When you have a breach in your wall, you are experiencing captivity.

Isaiah 58 says, "Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the old age-old foundation. You will be called the repairer of broken walls."

That is my vision, to restore people's lives and build the broken walls up around their lives. That is why we are doing what we are doing. If you can get that why, and hold on to that why, then you will be able to continue maintaining your office once it's organized, because you now know the why.
